Since 2013, 4-H Memorial Camp and Camp Corral have partnered to host Camp Corral summer youth camp. Camp Corral's mission is to serve children of wounded, ill, injured, and fallen service members. We will once again be offering this program at 4-H Memorial Camp in 2022.
Activities: While at camp your child can swim, boat, shoot archery, climb the rock wall, make arts & crafts, fish, take hayrack rides, participate in S.T.E.M. activities, hike, make s’mores over a camp fire and so much more! We will have counselors in every cabin with the campers and staff providing programs at Outdoor Education, Waterfront, Recreation, Arts & Crafts, the Climbing Tower and Creation Station (S.T.E.M. activities).
Date: June 26 - July 1, 2022
Requirement: Campers must be 8-15 years old during the session of camp. First priority is given to youth who have a parent or guardian who was wounded, ill, injured, or fallen while in service. Children of active duty or military veterans who do not fall into this category can apply as well to use any remaining spots available. 60 days prior to the start of camp we begin opening space up to children in the second category.
Fee: Free!
What is Included: All lodging, meals, activities, program supplies, and camp T-shirt are included.
